Extra virgin olive oil: superior category olive oil, made with olives and only with mechanical means, produced by Amatucci srl oil-mill on the first squeezing of olives of cultivar moraiolo, leccino and frantoiano, selected and immediately squeezed.
The microclimate of the hills of Castiglione makes the oil produced by the oil-mill a refined product having a high quality.
The product settles naturally (without filtering and treatments) and there might be therefore a slight sedimentation at the bottom of the bottle. This is the best guarantee for the genuiness of the product. Amatucci oil-mill’s extra virgin olive oil is an harmonic product, with a slight taste of fruit, almost without acidity. It can be used raw on soups, vegetables and bread, but also to cook roasts and to fry. It is ideal for its genuiness, digestibleness, nutritional contribution and richness in taste.
